We use an additional third party tool called Pendo.io for the purposes of providing onboarding and guided experiences, and we share some data with Pendo in order to provide us with information about usage of the site and application, particularly user journeys and visits to pages within the site.

The data we share about you with the Pendo.io service includes a basic record identifier (ID number) used internally by us, your public nickname/username, your public country, and your account creation date. We do not share any personal information with this third party service.

We utilise the EU hosted version of Pendo.io to ensure that any data shared with them remains in the EU jurisdiction. You can also view the privacy policies of Pendo on their site.

Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to any other third parties.

International data transfers

Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
